Investors choosing Outrigger to manage their 1 bedroom apartment will receive 6% p.a. (net)
of the purchase price guaranteed by Viridian Noosa Pty Ltd for the first 3 years of operation.

This includes payment of the following:
· Body corporate levies
· Council rates
· Sinking fund contributions
· Phone line and pay TV costs
· Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) reserve contributions

Where your share of the pooled income from the resort operation exceeds 6% net return on
your purchase price, the additional income will be paid to you.

Free Annual Holiday
Owners electing for Outrigger to manage their investment will be entitled to 28 days stay at
the resort. You can stay any time of the year including 10 days in peak season. In the first 3
years this will have no effect on your rental return.
